The interview process will vary depending on the role and business area you are meeting with. However, your interview process will follow these general principles.
This is typically a short call and will be based around the key responsibilities for the role. It will explore your experience and technical domain knowledge to ensure there is a good alignment in your experience and the role.
Here we explore your technical ability and knowledge within the domain you’re applying for. This could range from a technical discussion or a live exercise, giving you the opportunity to showcase your skills to our team.

Yes, we do. We only sponsor for certain roles. Your Talent Acquisition partner will tell you more about this once you’ve applied for the role.
The Talent Acquisition team will review the CVs and you will be notified as soon as possible if you’ve been selected for an interview. All unsuccessful candidates will be notified via our ATS system, Workday.
Our teams do most of their work from home, coming together to collaborate, connect and spend time with their team and colleagues. You can potentially work from anywhere in the country where your role is based (UK or Poland) but must attend your designated main office location for a minimum of two days a month.
